Yes, you can. We have guests in the surf camp who join us alone. Once at the resort you may meet more guests like you and making some new friends locally.

Of course, we understand that changing equipment once you are used to it may not be comfortable. A common occurrence is students attempting to learn to surf by themselves using surfboards that are too advanced for their skill level. Surfboards that are too short, narrow or thin may only slow down your progression.

We shall advise you on equipment so that you will also have the board that best fits your skill level, weight and height.

We aim to keep our surf lesson ratios low, at just 4 students per instructor. We believe this gives you the best chance to progress with more attention and personalized feedback.

Our surf lessons are daily in the morning and afternoon. Surf routine includes warm-up, safety briefing, weather assesment, surf theory and instructed / guided practise on the beach.

Yes, absolutely! We offer surf lessons for all levels from first-time surfers through to advanced professional. Intermediate surfers looking to increase their technique and wave count are our repeat customers too.

The season and the choice of waves in southern region of Morocco is favourable for surfers of all levels.

Our expert surf instructors can guide you to an ideal surf spot optimum for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

In theory, there are waves all year round in our region, however, the size and frequency of these waves vary over the year. We believe that the perfect time of year to visit depends on your level for example Intermediate Surfers prefer September till June and Advanced Surfers go between November to March.

Minimum we recommend is 3 nights / 4 days ecspecially for a beginner or intermediate.

Agadir Al Massira airport is the nearest airport to our property. It is served by direct flights from the UK and Europe. It is 1.5 hour drive south-east to Tamaraght.

Agadir Airport Pick-up and drop-off is included for customers who booked a package with us.

If you’d like us to organise your pickup from a different airport or coach station such as Marrakech or Essaouira, please inform when making a booking. Additional fares may apply.

If you self-drive, you can arrive in your own vehicle and stay with us. Free parking is available.

Passport holders of UK, EU, USA and many countries DON’T need an entry visa to enter Morocco for the purpose of tourism for up to 3 months. For the full list of exempted nationalities please see Morocco consulate website.

During summer months, it is advisable to wear light garments and perhaps keep a light jacket or sweater as well as an umbrella. It’s best to check the weather conditions before you pack for Morocco, so you know exactly what kind of clothing you’ll need.

We don’t sell alcohol at the property however you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages from duty free or a supermarket from the town. We request our clients to consume responsibly and avoid in public places.

We regularly cater for vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and other dietary requirements.

Any allergies please let us know during booking to ensure food meets your requirements.

If you are a picky eater and don’t like certain vegetable or ingredients please mention at the time of booking, we will do our best to customise the menu for your taste no worries.

We only use skin friendly non-chemical natural products for temporary henna tatoo.  However, if you are allergic or not sure then we recommend you do a patch test prior to the application.

You can pay safely using a bank card when booking directly in our website as all payment transactions are secured by SSL protocol.

Cash in Moraccan Dhirams (MAD or DHS) is preferred when spending in local shops and amenities.

Most of our guests bring their own foreign currency in cash and exchange to avoid ATM and bank charges. There are FOREX exchange offices with a decent rate at the airport and in town which is 5 minutes away.

We do not offer travel insurance. All our guests should be covered by their own travel insurance before travelling. We accept no responsibility for damage, theft or loss of personal possessions.

Our property is currently not wheelchair accessible due to the traditional architecture and landscape. If you or a member have special requirements please discuss at the time of booking.

We recommend bringing appropriate footwear to participate in outdoor activities such as trekking and hiking

Travellers expected to have a moderate physical fitness level to be able ride Camel and visit some tourist attractions.
